April 10 through June 25, 2014

Rita Keiper, an award-winning artist whose work reflects the pervasive and changing moods of nature, will debut her work April 10, 2014 from 5 – 7 pm at The Women’s Resource Center of Sarasota at 340 S. Tuttle Ave. The public is invited and refreshments will be served. The show extends through June 25, 2014 and can be seen most weekdays from 10:30 am to 4 pm.

Rita has exhibited widely in New Jersey and Florida. Her work hangs in many banks, offices and private collections throughout the United States. “This artist calls herself a landscape painter yet she is, to my way of thinking, an abstract expressionist. She establishes an atmospheric mood and superimposes a subject over it, thereby painting nature with the frugality of palette akin to poetry. I find creativity, beauty and charm in Mrs. Keiper’s paintings,” says an art critic from New Jersey Music and Arts Magazine.
